Bear in mind that none of these are perfect solutions: they all have good points and bad points, but the good points significantly outweight the bad points.
Here are some examples of what typical workshop papers look like. None of these is perfect, and discussion of what you see as their weaknesses is encouraged on the Workshop Paper Discussion Forum on the Moodle site.
Here are some examples of good responses to the ethics task. By good I mean here that the authors have provided a good discussion of their personal stance, and a good discussion of how the ACM Code of Ethics relates to the scenario that was outlined; a good response also discusses how or whether the Code needs changes. My assessment of these as good has no bearing on the particular ethical stance that the author takes.
