The Jinan Chinese Learner Corpus (JCLC) is a collection of texts written by Chinese L2 learners.
The aim of this project to develop a corpus of materials written by learners of Chinese as a foreign language. This corpus can help linguists and other researchers investigate various topics including analysis of Chinese learner interlanguage, Second Language Acquisition (SLA) or developing teaching materials.
Each corpus text containts metadata about the author's nationality and gender, Chinese proficiency level, assessment type (exam or homework) and assessment collection date.
