About

I am a Research Fellow at Macquarie University's Centre for Language Technology, where I am pursuing text mining R&D as part of the Capital Markets Cooperative Research Centre.

My research is in computational linguistics, focusing on information extraction, automatic summarisation and information aggregation.

I am currently working on named entity recognition/linking, natural language processing with social/collaborative media, and web-scale information extraction as part of the Computable News project.
