Biography
Anthony M Sloane received a B.Sc.(Hons)(1984) in Computer Science from the Australian National University and a M.S.(1991) and Ph.D.(1993) in Computer Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
He was Head of the Department of Computing at Macquarie University from 2005 to 2007 and Director of Teaching in the Department of Computing from 2001 to 2004.
Prior to joining Macquarie University in February 1998, he worked as a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at James Cook University in Townsville, QLD, Australia.
He is a member of the ACM, and the IEEE Computer Society.
