2. A FSE IT support person will then connect to your screen
This tool allows a FSE IT support person to remote control your computer. For example:
- You’re having trouble printing,
- Your network drive mapping doesn’t work,
- The application you were using has disappeared,
- You need to show us an error message or warning,
- Need a license updates or software install.
