Step 2 - Find out what level of degree is appropriate for them
- Those who have just finished Year 12 would be suited to a Bachelors Degree Program.
- Those who have just completed thier degree would be suited to a Postgraduate or Graduate Coursework Program
- Those who have are non-current school leavers with no prior tertiary study will be suited to either a:
- A Bachelors degree program, or;
- Depending on work experience and field of interest, may also be eligible for some Postgraduate or Graduate Coursework program.

Step 1 - Give the student assistance in navigating the enrolment process

Step 2 - Give the the student assistance when they run into trouble during the enrolment process
- The most common problems during the enrolment process for students are:
- eStudent related issues including:
- The wrong program is reflected on eStudent
- The units they should be able to enrol are not available to enrol into on the system
- Thier exemptions/waiver is not reflected
- If the query relates to exemptions/waivers etc, do some investigation before forwarding the query to eStudent support
