In recent years, many models have been proposed to speed-up the elliptic curve group law, such as Hessian model and more recently, the Edwards model. In this talk we present the results of ongoing research with Wouter Castryck about automatically generating good models and corresponding group laws using an interpolation and lattice reduction technique.
